as above if you know how to fix as i have re loaded drivers etc but not fixed

Mine was the same, someone suggested it could be the cartridges but changing them didn't work, nor did cleaning the contacts. In the end I turned the printer upside down and after a gentle shake a bit of plastic from the cartidges fell out and away it went. Worth a try
