jumpstart .renew batteries renew alternator ,renew alternator belt,renew .starter,renew starter wiring ,renew inhibitor switch,put fuel in it ,bleed system,renew injectors,renew air filter ,renew fuel filter ..all things that may stop an 380 iveco from starting ,,would narrow it down ..but not a lot of info to go on ..small things like does it spin over ,etc
