what's wrong?

I have a Baxi Boiler model no wm 51/3rs.
The gas pressure for some reason is causing the flames to appear as if on just above simmer,the radiators only get slightly warm, could the problem be anything to do with the timer which is old or is it something else ?

Simple things first, make sure the gas is fully on at the meter ecv.

If it is, as it's gas related, you will need a gas safe engineer to correct any fault.
