My Stayer Mitre Saw SC 381. The table/blade assembly flipped upwards and now I can't get it to go down. Can anyone help please? Also where can I obtain a users manual?

I suspect that when it jumped up the indent pin went inwards and that is what is stopping it coming back, the pin is located at the rear r/h side and should pull back out with a steady pull. This pin is the same that holds the table in the down position. Hope this helps.
