Hi, guess it's the same problem as on my astra.. when the doors lock there is a small white plastic pin which stops the outside button going in & unlocking.. on my car this pin had sheared.. cost about £5 from vauxhall & took about 2hrs to replace (most of this time was trying to remove the trims without damaging them)
