05 corsa 13 cdti combo van dose the sump have 2 be removed to change timing chain ??? also where is the timing marks

7/32 hole up under g/box housing into flywheel,remove heater plug wiring/connections and camshaft mark through hole in middle of housing,10mm hex plug,special locking tool required,you can do this without taking off sump but the four lower studs with 10mm nuts have to be removed,lots of problems with tensioners so would definitely replace also
