I switch my CH on and every thing starts as normal HW ok then it stops working then about 3 to 4 mins later it kicks in again and repeats the cycle.I only have 7 rads on the run and i live in a bungalow the boiler is in the loft/Gable fixed.

Might pay to check if you pump in running. Put your hand on it to see if you can feel it vibrating when it should be on.
