oil change ford cargo 0813?

I tried to change the engine oil and filter on my ford cargo 0813. On the sump there are two drain plugs. I tried to undo the plug on the main sump and couldn't move it. Can someone please point me in the right direction. I want to make sure I do the right thing without causing damage. Help and direction please.

the main plug always goes seriously tight!!
27mm (I think) and you need to give it a lot of wellie
The sump holds just short of 15 litres, so have a big catch tray ready!!

what is the fuel capacity of a cargo 0813 fuel tank

You need to remove both these plugs to drain all of the oil from the sump because of the shape of the sump two plugs were used. As already said a bit of heat from a oxy touch usually helps but there always very tight.

Thank you for replying. I am not a mechanic and did not think of that. Have you any idea why it has two drain plugs. There is one on the main part of the sump and another at the front of the sump which is quite shallow

fraid i don't know anything about cargos.but in a general look at it you may have to apply some gentle heat to the sump around the plug ..though in everything in life there is always the chance that he threads could be damaged on removal..your inbetween a rock and a hard place .you ned to change the oil
