my mate has a transit van on a r-plate it ha power steering and 2 passenger seats in the front cab it has genuine 40,000 miles on the clock i have been his friend for 5 years now and every year i go round to his mums house to start it up where he just does'nt use it. i know this is going to sound strange or silly but he wants me to buy it off him for £200 are these a good van and is this van worth it and are the parts if needed easy to get? cam any one advise me on this please.

if the motor isnt rotten with rust and well looked after/serviced regularly you could get a few more years out of it and it wont have all the modern electrical crap on it so should be easy to repair if you do have problems
