duel mass flywheels converting to single?

what's stopping me using a ford 2.5td (banana) flywheel and clutch on a ford 2.4 duratorque engine. I have seen a conversion kit, but it just looks like a normal flywheel and clutch to me. Can any body help?

nothing stopping you but dont know if it would fit,there is a solid flywheel for these now and that would be the way to go,another option is to weld the dual mass flywheel but pay attention to space welds evenly and equally to avoid imbalance
