what is wrong with my car?

I have 1991 bmw 318I the right rear wheel is making grinding sound with each rotation and. Whatever is wrong with that wheel is making whole car shake back n forth what is wrong with my car?

You can't be too worried about, as you would have taken it to a garage to find out what the problem is, most probably wheel bearing. Get it fixed quick before the wheel parts company with hhe car.
