whats wrong with my f/f APM6855?
Temperature on fridge is 9 and freezer is -19 yet the food in the freezer seems to be defrosting slightly. some things have gone a bit soft and ice in ice tray doesnt freeze.setting the temperature has no effect. It always stays the same
