remove the facia from around the instrument panel using a decor scraper (just pops out) to reveal 4 star headed screws that secure the panel remove these and the cluster will ease out, disconnect the 2 jack plugs and you will be able to replace the back light bulbs. turn them anticlock wise half a turn to remove them. easy job
