Samsung cash register?

My cash register has stopped working. When it is switched on, it constantly beeps and none of the buttons are working. And when switched off, it does not shut down. Is there anything I can do to fix it without taking it to a technician.

Can you see an error code? If you turn the key to each position, does it stop beeping somewhere? Which model do you have?
