Also having trouble with this model of machine.

My machine is not spinning. Machine fills with water, drum spins maybe a dozen times then stops. Leave it to run, and after the right amount of time, the water drains out and it lets you open the door, but it wont have spun in the mean time. Trying different modes, such as spin and drain, the drum rotates half a dozen times and again stops.

Taken the pump out, not blocked. Taken the motor out, brushes fine and the belt hadn't fallen off. But then, that it was filling and draining and spinning a bit means none of these were really the problem.

When I put it in Error Code Mode, the indicator light for Wash stays lit. According the Clifton-services.com list, this means no heat? Have I read that right?

So what to do next? Is it a PCB error? The speed controller?

Any advice on this would be very welcome!

remove the drain pump filter and check that the drain pump impeller rotates freely
