Can anybody help

I have an integrated dishwasher which is making a funny sound whilst working it sounds like the pump is trying to get water. I have checked the arms filters etc and all are clean the dishwasher goes through its cycle and pumps out at the end but it would appear that there is no water coming out of the top or middle arm and the sound sounds like the bottom arm when spinning

Does anybody have any idea what i can do next
