Looking for parts for HP470 mountfield?

looking for spark plug and curburretor diaphram, and even better a run through of how to fit diaphram.
Additionally were do I drain oil for a change.
Hope someone can help.

The blade has a sharp edge on both sides. Does this mean it can be mounted either way up, one way being lower than the other due to the shape?
