Bosch Exxcel 1600?

My bosch Exxcel 1600 showed code F18 I cleared water and took 20p fromfilter now pump is only making low humming noise and it will not spin is pump finished therefore I need to replace it or do I invesigate further for possible more blockages.

Your outlet pump is likely to be jammed with stray coins / hairclips etc. It's situated under the drum or follow the outlet hose backwards to find it.
