replace brake pipe?

i need to replace the rear off side brake pipe that runs over the fuel tank do i need to remove fuel tank or can the pipe be fed over it

if there are brake pipe clips above the fuel tank to help secure the pipe you will have to make sure the new pipe is correctly positioned and routed correctly and secure or it still may fail an mot
