How do I remove the pump from underneath fisher & Paykel washing machine?

Paul's answer is good and helped me identify the pump was blocked. The propellor wasn't turning and now it is after a bit of a crunchy noise. Obviously still something in there, but I can't get the pump off. It's a Fisher & Paykel Bout 7 years old, not sure of the model.

First remove as much water as possible. Either bail it out by hand with a jug or if pump is free enough to run then put on final spin & allow water to empty. Unplug power lead from wall. Then tip machine back against wall & access the pump. Unplug wire harness from pump & earth wire. On right hand edge of pump is a white plastic retaining clip. Gently pull clip away from pump about 2-3mm and while holding it out turn pump 90 deg. clockwise (toward the cabinet wall) Pump will then drop out. Have a towel ready because some water will still come out. To put it back, start with pump at 90 deg and locate it up in to bracket then rotate it anti clockwise until you hear clip click in to place. Make sure wires are dry then plug them back onto pump.
