we have a BG 330+ boiler and now have no hot water?

Our boiler is not giving hot water, however the radiators appear to have hot water!

If you have heating but no hot water then the problem will not be with your boiler it will be a problem with external controls. Check if you have two valves one for heating and one for hot water. Usually it will be the hot water valve not opening
