Fix renault scenic dipped headlights?

I have a Renault Scenic (series 2) and both dipped headlights won't come on.
I have replaced the bulb on the Drivers RHS and this made no difference.
I checked all the fuses in the fusebox located at the back of the passenger glove compartment - all are working - I had to reset my radio after removing a fuse that controls power to the radio.
What else should I be doing as the bulb replacement alone is a nightmare on this car model

you are jumping from pillar to post, you must use logic when fault finding, first step, get a volt meter,
check you are getting 12 volts to bulb holder when you dip the head light switch,if you are, then its the bulbs,if you dont then you check the source of supply, are you getting supply to the switch,if not then check the fuse,
it can only be one of these things,
