Why do I have hot water but no central heating(Worcester 24CDI)?

I have hot water(no need to add cold waterbut the boiler does not come on.

I have a Drayton Digistat 2 attached, when the scheduled time time arrives the flame appears(as normal) but the boiler does not come on.

Any ideas
