brake wear sensor on megane cabrio where to connect the wire?

got a 02 renault megane just changed disc and pads on the front. old pads had the wire cut off but new pads have the wire on . i dont know where to connect the pad wire to can you help

if there is no wire under the arch then cut it off as per the old set.Not all have sensor wires fitted to the pads
