The saw will start and run with the choke on full, But when the choke is moved just a little bit to half choke it will shut off. It will not take the throttle at all before shuting off. I've replaced all fuel lines and air breather. New chain and sproket also. I've checked the fuel bulb to make sure it pumps and is correctly installed. I've even replaced the fuel line filter. Help I need to cut some wood.

The problem lies in your carb.It needs taken apart and cleaned out and reassembled with new gaskets ,etc.. By running with choke on that tells me that you have to force feed the carb. when it should be syphoning gas on its own.Your local lawn mower shop should have an ultrasonic cleaner that will do the trick.
