ford focus(2004)rear calipers?

i need to replace rear discs and pads on my 54 plate focus(mk1)
i have all the parts ready but i need to rewind the pistons in the caliper,before i can proceed .i need to know which direction they need to be rotated so i can buy the correct tool.can anybody help?

they wind in clock wise, no need to buy a tool get some one to hold the caliper and use a pair of long nose pliers to wind them in be careful not to twist and tear the rubber dont use WD 40 as this will swell the rubber use an alternative releasing spray. easy job
