1999 ford focus , i have re coded the fob only drivers door opens ?

I have done the ignition turn and re programmed the fob but only the drivers door openns how can i get it to open the other doors?

all fords have a safety mechanism built in when you press fob once to unlock car only drivers door unlocks (so you can enter car if in bad area without any 1 else gettin in ) press twice and opens other doors
