how can i drain a hotpoint wma30 washing machine?

the machine has stopped with half the water still in the drum so need to no how to drin it with out operning the door

You will struggle as theres a silly float system in the bottom. (The idea of this is to make use of all the detergent, but it stops you gravity feeding the water out.) Really the only way to drain it is to get it outside and open the door!!! Sorry!!!

PS Be careful when getting it outside, try not to lump it about too much as you may damage the suspension system

lower the grey drain pipe to the floor. It comes out of the back of the machine and usually has a clip holding it about three quarters
of the height of the machine. Remove the pipe from this clip and lay it so its lying along the floor. Have a bucket ready to catch the water. Once the bucket is full lift the end of the pipe to stop the flow and lower it again when you have emptied the bucket.
