how can i fix my Sime Friendly Format 100E Boiler?

When the hot water is drawn off the boiler fires up heats the water the boiler then cuts in & out so the shower goes hot & cold i have replaced the DHW heat exchanger & the diaphagm in the diverter valve can anybody help me

check your shower is passing more than the minimum flow rate for boiler 9-10 ltrs per min or above should be ok after that it may be a thermostat/thermistor problem
