ive had my w reg 306 1.8 meridian (petrol) for 3 weeks now and iam only geting 20mpg what can be making it drink so much how can i fix it? And dose any 1 know how much it should cost to fill up from emty tank? I put £40 (32 liters) in and only got half a tank is this right?

i checked 4 leaks ive checked the air filter it looks fairly new as 4 the air con i dont have it on BUT when it is off and the green light is off on the a/c button and the temp says 90 c if i put the heaters on cold it blows very cold. . Could the air con b stuck on? Is there a fuse i can take out to stop the a/c from wroking 2 c if that is the problem? Oh and i was told it had a service when i brought it 3 weeks ago it has clean oil and air filter i havent checked the plugs as it has some contraption on the top of them i havent seen 1 before. I have got it booked up for a service but its not for 2 weeks

this may sound obvious,but have you checked for leaks???another thing can use up fuel is blocked air filter,air con left on,£40 only half fills my van.have you had your car serviced?if you have a guarantee with it bring it back to garage
