Hi would you please advise me how to dismantle the cyclone on my dyson dco3 that i believe is blocked!!

no the brushroll doesn't turn. the belt isn't broken. pipes aren't clogged. going to be 1 of those mysteries. will have to invest in a new hoover i think. thankyou so much.

If it's not a clutch model I can't understand why the brushroll doesn't rotate if the belt's not broken. It's definitely not turning when you switch on.

i should have said, its not noisy at all. everything is the same eccept no suction.

it isnt a 3 position hoover. no noise at all.i can use the attachment pipe thing, no problem. just when using the actual hoover, no suction at all.

Is it a clutch model with 3 position setting knob? If so is the clutch engaged and was the cleaner tilted in the normal vacuuming position when you checked if brushroll was turning? Has it been noisy at all?

the brushroll doesn't turn and the belt is intact. i've cleaned the pipes so, no obstruction. the model is DC07

Is the brushroll turning when in use, belt may have snapped? Could be obstruction in internal hose. Which model is it?
