Braun hand food processor 4191 how do I repair it the motor runs at full speed but blades stop turning as soon as the blades meet resistance. can it be repaired or is it just an expensive ornament now.

You will probably find that the black drive gear at the bottom of the motor has threaded hence the slipping, this would make the motor redundant and a new one must be sourced. This is the hard bit! It may be worth searching places like ebay?
