How can i fix my KH891 Brother knitting machine needle bed?

The needle bed in my Brother KH891 machine seems a bit high and springy. How can I fix/lower it?

Hi Karen,
Do you mean the needles are too high? If so check your sponge bar.
Or do you mean the metal slotted needlebed is raised? The silvery screws at each end should be tight and hold it in the right position.
