The hidden element in the bottom of the oven burnt out and I replaced it. But now the oven still does not work and I have a low whining sound coming from the control panel when I turn the oven on. The broil function does not work either. Is the circuit board burnt out? It is a Kenmore Model# 790.9641.2406.
