my aquarius 900 is stuck on a program and will not move on to next program

Hey - I've got the same problem. I turned it on and left the house and when I came back it was just clicking and unable to move along to the next stage. I moved the dial manually and it started making 'correct' sounds again but when I went back was just clicking and not moving.

It doesn't appear to have any water in it and the door is locked. I don't know if the water got hot?

Any ideas?

it is most likely waiting for a condition to occur, like water reaching temerature, water reaching the fill or empty level. until the condition is achieved and/or the sensor that tests for the condition says so, the machine won't go on to the next step..

checklist... did these things happen
the water fill,
did the machine start rotating,
get the water get hot,
did it try to empty and fail
is it empty but still trying to empty, making a low growling noise

various sensors are checking for all these things any one can fail.. but if you can answer these questions it will help
