esl6115 temperature of water?

hi guys need help for a damsel in distress

machine runs through prog , water tepid not hot, is there a stat and is it likely to be saying the temp is up when it isn't, so machine not waiting for heat ?
does the program normally pause while the water is heated.. as it does not at the moment

relay working and 230 v being fed to element cables. haven't checked ohms on element yet.. but slight heat in water, so thinking stat more likely problem.

do you guys know how to test stat if that's likely cause and if it's a mission to replace it, in situ or must i pull machine out for access

apprec. your time, ta

thanks for the prompt reply,

the pcb is fine, the relay works and the wires and track are good there.

the machine went from working perfectly well to suddenly not getting up to temp.

if there was a pressure switch issue would the machine not stop mid prog.

any idea which wires got to the stat and what the resistance should be.

thanks again

check element resistance.Around 29 ohms is good. Also check pcb in fascia panel for bad solder joints on the heater relay.you will need to disconnect the control pcb and remove he pcb board from the plastic housing.MAKE A NOTE where ALL the connectors go or photograph it 1st.resolder heater relay to pcb and retry.could also be a heater element that is heavily lime scaled up or a pressure switch issue.outside chance of an ntc sensor issue or a pcb failure
