souns as though he pop frazzled the VIC ECU.WHICH CONTROLS INDICATORS WIPERS ...when jump starting you should switch on as many consumables as possible before removing the leads .prevents voltage spike popping an ecu ...pull any relays and fuses ,may help but i doubt it..also for more bad news VIC is programmed to your chassis with the chassis number in it ..you could try one from a scrap yard but it may throw up other issues as there will be conflictions in the chassis numbers .and if you have a pto then that will all need programming .looks like a dealer only visit
