2009 ford focus se?

Hello, What is the best way to connect LED daytime running lamps to my focus. I have a pair of Lightning Eyes 12v. package says any 12v hot to ground. Do I need to fuse this? The car came with none and I cannot find the proper wiring diagrams.

you are better fitting an inline fuse to each headlight in case of any wiring anomilys in the lights so dont affect original wiring on car
