we have a Frigidare Crown heavy duty washer machine with a super water level. When using the super water level the washer fills up and starts to wash. Then the water level begins to lower. The washer stops to refill with water. This can happen about four times doing the wash.

Don't know your specific washer, but check that the drain hose level is higher than the water level in the machine or it can flow out...
