Veritas R8 plus PIR problem?

I have just moved and reinstalled my Veritas R8 Plus. I have a zone with 2 PIRs wired in series. The walk test just shows an error i.e the zone is shown as open. Neither PIR has the red light showing. I have bought new PIRs in case it was the old ones that were faulty, and I have wired them to a new zone in case the old zone was faulty. It looks like power is not getting to the PIRs. The Aux fuse looks OK, and I have checked the wiring. Do I just have a faulty motherboard?

zone and tamper circuits should be in series, aux power (12v & Ov) should be in parrallel.

"The Aux fuse looks OK"

LOOKS OK? Is this a new way of checking fuses?

Is it any better than doing it the correct way with a multimeter?
Still, I suppose it would save a trip up the road to the van to get the meter to do it properly.

Glad to see you've got plenty of money for new detectors that are not needed, still, you could sell them and put the money to a MULTIMETER, couldn't you?
