i want to stat my lown mower but it will not stat but i no it is not spuk plug is oil meent to go into fhter can you help

take off air filter and pour some petrol in the carb not much a bottle top halk full it should start rev up and cut out keep doing this until it manages to suck fuel through for its self! this method has worked for me on many engines lawnmowers and bikes and go carts!!
