it points to the thermostat on the rear of the machine ,ensure machine is disconnected from the mains,remove the back cover,the part that houses the heating elements,8 or 9 screws if memory serves me correctly, also remove the plastic cover to reach two of the screws as well, inside you will see the heating elements and on top of the metal plate you will see 3 x thermostatic switches,if you have a tester (Multimeter) you can test to see if they are all functioning two outside ones should be a closed circuit and the one in the middle an open circuit when using multimeter,also the one with possibly a white dot on it has a very tiny pin hole in it,if this has tripped it can be reset with a pin,failing all of that you can order a spare set from espares.co.uk Stock No ES552036 cannot remember the price but not too expensive.Best of luck
