Having finally managed to remove the Neff oven light cover with a block of wood and hammer as suggested by others on this site (Boa's, mini Boa's, oil filter wrench did not work), the oven is now completely dead. Main RCD fuse is fine and the separate oven isolator switch fuse is also fine. Can anyone suggest what the problem is.
