how can i fix my zanussi fan oven zbq465x?

The oven does not heat up and i need to replace the heating element. How do i get it to the element?

open the oven door and remove the back panel covering the fan inside the oven cavity.this will give you access to the element which can be removed from inside the oven cavity with care!
