Clock stuck on auto?

Can you tell me how to disconnect the clock from my leisure rangemaster 110. It is stuck on auto and I can't use the ovens.

Cycle power off and on until clock flashes
Depress & hold in buttons 2&3 from left
Set a time with plus and minus - any time will do
Oven should then work
