Hotpoint WT 741 intermittent f-08 error code?
I have a Hotpoint WT741 washing machine and I was getting the f-08 error code. I was told it was probably the control board so I got a refurbished board that was programmed for me and my machine worked for 2 months then the problem came back, the company sent me a replacement board and work for a week. Since then if you switch the machine off when you get the error code for few hours it will then work for a few washes then the same thing happens again. It always seems to stop with about 15 to 20 minutes remaining when it is spinning or about to spin.
Would appreciate any advice?
