Hi,
Did you try to press the number sign key" for a few seconds to deactivate silent mode?-if this is the case, then your phone was just in a silent mode.
Or if not that, did you try to ring your phone, and see if that is ringing without sound?-if this is the case-then your phone speaker is faulty.
If your phone has still the warranty, bring it to the shop for its services of replacement. This phone is new and fixing is a bit complicated, you may end up getting it worse.
I have not done fixing this kind of phone, so I will not say anthing about fixing.
