thanks registar man but this has not worked
when i turn key to any position it tells me its closed tried to singne on operater when i do it tells me error seqence and alarm sounds

Try clerk numbers up to 10 to log on. If you still can't, the logon codes may have been changed by someone, so you will need to find out what they have been set to, or someone may have programmed out the CLK# button. Use the keyboard layout codes in your book to set the CLK# button back to that position in case it has been lost
