Citroen Relay 1.9d is it restricted? I have recently bought a 2001 relay 1.9d which is a great van but very slow, it excelarates slowly upto about 40mph and then gradually creeps upto 50 - 55mph! I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this for me? I wonder could it be restricted? as some commercial vehicles are restricted to 55 - 60mph, If so, does anyone know how to derestrict?
