In a morning I cannot get the van into gear due to no clutch, it takes about ten minutes of pumpbing before it works. The clutch pedal goes floppy. I have refilled the two cilinders with cluch fluid to make sure no leaks. I have been told it needs a new clutch, but I dont think this is the problem

you may have a leak and drawn air into the system,would give it a bleed,check for leaks and see how it goes before removing g/boxes
